They are too slow in attack or defense. They follow military tradition or are too conservative on attack or defense. They are indecisive. They show obstinate persistence. They make frontal assaults on enemy's strongest points. They do not finish attack or exploit situation. They underestimate enemy and overestimate their abilities.
